These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jitra platform (the "Service"), including our website, web application, mobile application, APIs, and related features.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Jitra is a cloud-based fleet tracking and management platform that provides features such as real-time GPS tracking, event alerts and notifications, geofencing, trip history, reporting, and user and role management.

Jitra provides software services only. Jitra does not operate vehicles, provide transportation services, or manage logistics operations on behalf of customers.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach.

The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

• Pricing is based on the number of active vehicles or objects.
• Billing may be monthly or annually.
• Fees are charged in advance.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
• You may upgrade or downgrade at any time via your account dashboard.

There are no long-term contracts unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Paddle).

• Jitra does not store full payment card details.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

Applicable taxes may be added depending on your jurisdiction.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Reverse engineer or copy the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

The Service relies on third-party GPS hardware, satellite systems, and connectivity providers.

Jitra does not guarantee continuous availability, absolute location accuracy, or real-time delivery without delay.

Service performance may be affected by hardware, connectivity, or environmental factors beyond our control.

You retain ownership of your operational data.

Jitra processes data solely to provide the Service, improve platform functionality, and maintain system integrity.

We do not sell customer data. Aggregated and anonymized data may be used for analytics and service improvement.

We aim to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may temporarily affect access.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or legal and security requirements.

Upon termination, access will be disabled and data may be retained according to our retention policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jitra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or operational losses.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

By using the Service, you agree to the terms of our Data Processing Agreement, which outlines how we handle your data in accordance with GDPR and other data protection laws.
